Marura came to coaching the way many do, through her own work of leading. Years inside organisations taught her that the hardest part of leadership is rarely strategy or skill. It is the quieter work: noticing your own patterns, weighing decisions honestly, and staying connected to why you lead at all.
The Ignatian tradition gave that work a structure. Its practices of reflection and discernment are centuries old, and they translate with surprising ease into the boardroom, the programme team, and the life of an emerging leader. Paired with professional coaching, they become a practical method, not a philosophy to admire, but a way to lead.
